Responsible AI
No.
Our AI is designed to augment—not replace—human expertise.
AI helps authors generate ideas, draft content, translate materials, and automate repetitive tasks, while people remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing learning content.
Yes.
AI capabilities are opt-in and can be enabled or disabled by each organization. Customers remain in full control of when and how AI is used.
Absolutely.
Organizations that prefer not to use AI can continue using dominKnow without enabling AI features.
Privacy & Security
No.
Customer content is never used to train public or third-party AI models.
We employ:
- Tenant isolation
- Secure encrypted communications (TLS 1.2/1.3)
- Strict access controls
- Zero-retention AI processing where supported
- Continuous security monitoring
- Human oversight of AI-generated content
Only the minimum information required to perform the requested AI function is transmitted.
For example, when translating content, only the text requiring translation is securely transmitted—not an entire project or content library. Translation requests are initiated by the customer and processed over encrypted connections before the translated content is returned.
Generated content remains part of the customer’s project.
Customer data submitted to supported AI services is not retained for AI model training purposes, and our AI partners are contractually required to meet our privacy expectations.
