All storage limits are soft limits. If you are in danger of using more than your allotted space we won’t shut off your ability to add more content. Instead we’ll contact you, let you know you are over the limit, and give you an opportunity to remove files or purchase additional storage space.
Content reuse allows you to reuse a single asset, like an image or video, across multiple templates, courses, or pages. The benefit of leveraging a single asset in multiple places it that when you have to update it (like your logo, for example), you can simply replace that one graphic which will then update all your courseware that reference that image without having to track down multiple versions of a similar image that you (re)uploaded multiple times across multiple courses, Ultimately saving you time.
